Joining Axle Logistics immediately after graduating the University of Tennessee, Dylan Dameron has progressed through various leadership roles within the company, reflecting a consistent trajectory of growth and achievement. Starting as a Logistics Consultant, Dylan spent 2 years mastering the fundamentals of freight through hands-on experience. This foundational period was followed by a successful 4-year tenure as a Team Lead, where he excelled in customer acquisition and team leadership.
After demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, Dylan was promoted to General Manager, a role held for one year before advancing to Vice President in October 2021. As Vice President, Dylan oversees the split modal operations and develops and implements strategies for carrier compliance and pricing.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and lives in Knoxville, TN.
