May: Community Spotlight: Muse Knoxville

In May, we recognized Muse Knoxville, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring learning through play. During May is for Play, Axle volunteers helped create a fun and engaging experience for children and families. Later in the month, Muse visited HQ2 for a Lunch & Learn, giving our team a closer look at the programs and experiences Muse provides for children and families throughout the year.

June: Community Spotlight: Friends of Literacy

Friends of Literacy was our June Community Spotlight, highlighting their dedication to helping adults strengthen their literacy skills. Axle hosted a Book Drive to help provide books and educational resources for adult learners.

Employee Spotlight: Micalah Adams

This quarter, we're recognizing Micalah Adams for her continued involvement in Axle Impact and her dedication to serving our community. Throughout the quarter, Micalah participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentorship Breakfast, YWCA Keys of Hope Luncheon, CASA of East Tennessee's Storybook Ball, Muse Knoxville's May is for Play, and Knoxville Museum of Art Taste of Summer. Her enthusiasm for serving others reflects the spirit of Axle Impact and the value we place on giving back.
