This recognition celebrates the incredible journey of our co-founders, Drew Johnson (Class of 2007) and Jon Clay (Class of 2009), who launched Axle in 2012 with a bold vision and an even stronger work ethic. Their shared belief in innovation, grit, and building something different from the ground up continues to drive our success. But this award is not just about leadership. It belongs to the entire Axle team. Every person in every department plays a role in our growth. It is a collective win, and we are proud of what we have accomplished together.
