Joining Axle Logistics as one of the first five employees, J.R. has played a pivotal role in expanding the team to over 600 dedicated professionals. His leadership philosophy is centered on curiosity, active listening, and a commitment to continuous learning.
J.R. earned his Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics from the University of Tennessee and currently lives in Knoxville, TN.
