Megan Johnson is the Vice President of Legal & Risk for Axle Logistics, LLC. Since 2015, her areas of responsibility have included leading all aspects of the fast-growing company’s legal and risk management efforts. Megan is a seasoned attorney with broad experience in transportation and logistics, corporate law, insurance, capital raising, and commercial transactions. She previously practiced at large nationwide law firms and served as a founding partner of a boutique law firm focused on the technology sector. Through those practice experiences, she has a long history of serving as inside or outside counsel for startup and growth stage businesses with unique risk profiles. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2007 and her B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from East Tennessee State University in 2003.
