Axle has changed my life the last 3 years.
They’ve put trust in me to lead a team and coach them to lead teams themselves, and for that experience I’m extremely grateful.
This award should have gone to them as my growth here is completely attributed to their success – They are the guys that are making it happen 24/7/365 for our clients and carriers.
Because of them I have been able to travel, see clients and carriers which I love – and grow the relationships we’ve started over the years.
Anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to build a team and business within Axle should check it out. Best decision I’ve made in 25 years.

I didn’t know anything about the logistics industry, trucking, or Axle Logistics before I began going down this career path. I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given at Axle.
I am also very thankful for the Axle training program and our Corporate Trainer, Sarah Wilhoit who continues to give me the tools I need to succeed and grow in this industry. I’m extremely blessed to be recognized as the 2022 Rookie of the Year.

When you are given the freedom to operate your day in the best and most efficient way, it sets you up for success which is why I enjoy coming into the office every morning.
